So, time to share a few projects! This month's Limited Edition Kit features the gorgeous KaiserCraft Be-You-tiful collection and loads of yummy Prima and more flowers! This one is a flower overload! I seriously could not even use them all. Then there is the bling and embellishments!
"In Love with my Life"
I've been itching to scrap this photo of my grandson Patrick who flew to Rome this Summer, so even though the Kit has lots of pinks and plums, I did yellow! It just goes to show how versatile things can be when you set your mind to it! I ripped and tore paper to my heart's delight and had lots of fun with my background. I've used clear gesso on both sides of the paper to treat it, then applied mesh, Vintage Photo inks. and a fun Prima mask fun from my stash along with some molding paste. I finished off the background with some stamping and splattering with a brown Gelato mixture. Of course, I added in some punched notebook edges for fun interest.
We had some great Prima metal gears and propellors in our Kit and they were perfect for tucking into my masculine page! A little gauze, flowers, resin, title, gesso and I was done! (I just had to use that nice long title on the left because Patrick flew to Rome by himself after his friends bailed on him due to lack of funds! He went anyway.)

"Love Life Always"
This is my dear cousin Marilyn and her hubby and little grandson. I went pink because she's a girl! LOL Lots of background work here, too, although I've covered lots of it. Isn't that how it always goes? Again, clear gesso on both the front and the back. Stamping with my fave Inkido stamp and my fave Creative Embellishments stamp .. both from my stash. A Prima decor stencil and molding paste along the edges and around the photo and flaring under the flowers on the right although it's a bit hard to see.
There were some great sticker embellishments from KaiserCraft that I've used here. And a lovely rhinestone bling from Prima. Lots of pearls from my stash. A dry brown Gelato around the edges to finish things off. after the florals and ribbon were done. A light coating of gesso to make everything blend.

"Lifes' Moments"
I always try to do one layout with the Kit with very minimal or no mixed media to appeal to those scrappers who are not "into it." So, for this page, I just went shabby mostly as a nod to my friend Tracey Gregory, mother of the gorgeous teen in the photo! She let my borrow her photo! I may have to steal a few more! LOL
So lots of layers and distressing, pretty flower clusters with to die for ribbons tucked in. The must-have butterflies. And gesso to soften, blend and shabby everything down. Double photos for added interest.
I'll be back in a few days with 1 more project to complete the Kit. I hope you'll stop back by!
