Happy Friday, all! It's my favorite day of the week!
I am back today with a quick little number done for Stuck on U Sketches. We have a great new sketch by our very own Leah Schaeffer. You'll have to hop on over there for the sketch and to see what the DT has done this time! Amazing work as always!
Now, this is one of those pages that didn't quite turn out the way I had planned! It started with a quiet tribute to the journey that Nanne, Leah and I have taken these past 3.5 years. But somewhere along the way in the paper selection and the masking, I am less than pleased. I will try again sometime to give this tribute a better voice! Maybe some softer colors for starters ..
But anyway, here you have it with some Prima Engraver papers, LSG Tiger Lily Red Orange and Creme Brûlée along with a TCW stencil, some rare machine stitching (go, me!) and even some washi tape .. even rarer for me!
Anyway, I do love these 2 gals and am so proud of where we've been and where we're headed! We've had some super talented DT members and more new talent coming alongside us in June. They have contributed so much to the success of Stuck on U! And of course, we'd be nowhere without our faithful followers! So, if you are one, thank you from the bottom of my heart! And if this is your first visit, welcome .. and I hope you will join in the fun! As always, you will have 2 weeks to upload your project using the linking tool for a chance at being in our Top 3! Stay tuned for June and then July when we will be rolling out some new product-oriented posts as well as our new Project Life challenges.
To all you folks in the States, have a great Memorial Day weekend! Have fun but be safe!
Happy scrapping!
