My Creative Scrapbook, Jan Reveal, part 2

Hello, there ~

I'm back today with another layout created with the January Limited Edition Kit from My Creative Scrapbook. Even before I received my Kit, I knew that I was going to use the pink and white polka dotted paper from Kaisercraft's Teasured Moments collection … if it was included in the kit.  Pam had given us a heads up regarding what we would be creating with this month but we don't always know  if we are getting a mix of papers or the entire collection. But I was pretty sure this would be included … it's peachy-pink, after all. 

Anyway, I had this great photo from my niece's wedding that I've been wanting to scrap of her in her Kate Spade pink glittered heels along with sweet flower girl Lexi~ Four inch heels and she wore them ALL day and into the wee hours of the morning! 

The embellishments from the Kit are just divine! So many little die cut pieces. bling, stamps and of course, flowers. I've snagged some drinking straws for my craft room and have included it on this page. You can buy them anyway but most craft stores have them in the bridal department.
You can see a bit of my stamping and paint splatters.
Plus a few microbeads from my stash.

Since my nieces's wedding colors included Tiffany Blue, I used the teal flower from the Kit. I love that the die cuts added to my clusters! The key represents Karen's and my Maiden Name, Key. 

I split up my bling flourish and shortened it for my use. 

Not much mixed media on my pages this month but here is a bit of stenciled super heavy gesso. Between the holidays and my hubby being in the hospital, I had to keep my scrapping in check. I am worn out and will be glad when things get back to normal-ish! My patient has kept me busy! :)

Just a close-up of these gorgeous Prima flowers! Of course, everything has received a touch of gesso to blend. 

Pink and black are so feminine! Always a great color combo that I put to work here! 

I still have so much product that I need to use up!
