Hi, bloggers! Today's topic at Practical Scrappers is altering raw chipboard. Above is a layout that I did a few months ago that has several pieces of altered chipboard from Dusty Attic. The windows were painted with acrylic paints, inked and then painted again with crackle paint. The journaling spot was then glued in place as were the flowers. The leaves were also painted, highlighted with inks and then a bit of Stickles was added for glimmer.
This is the project I have featured today at Practical Scrappers. Another oldie but goodie! On this one the chipboard piece (Dusty Attic gaslight) was first used as a mask for another project, then painted for this page.
I hope you get a chance to drop by and see what the other designers and applicants have done with their chipboard. There is something new every day Monday through Friday at Practical Scrappers, so plan on making a few visits this week if you can!
